• Vehicle availability, pricing, deposits, insurance, mileage limits, fines, and delivery terms are set by the rental provider.

Any disputes related to the vehicle, rental terms, or service performance must be resolved directly with the rental provider.

• Cancellation 7+ days before rental: up to 100% refund

• Cancellation 3–7 days before rental: partial refund

• Cancellation within 24 hours of rental: no refund

Always confirm cancellation terms with the rental provider before booking.

10. Changes to These Terms

SupercarsX may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective once published on the Website.

Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
